Business Mentoring Program

The Inner Circle by Sean Soole

The Inner Circle is a business mentoring program built for established Australian business owners who want to grow profitably and get their time back. Founded by Sean Soole and capped at 100 members, the program combines one-on-one coaching, a proven framework, quarterly live events, access to over 20 specialist mentors, including Sean himself and a close community of founders who are all working toward the same thing.

This is not a course you watch alone at midnight. It is a hands-on business skills mentoring program where Sean and his team work with you directly, on your business, with your numbers, at your pace.

How The Program Works

The Inner Circle runs on the Mission & Basecamp framework: a structured, repeating cycle that takes you from where you are now toward a defined goal. Each stage builds on the last, and you work through it with your mentor alongside you.

3. Strategic Planning

From there, you and your mentor build a quarterly plan that covers the areas most businesses get wrong on their own: how you lead your team, how the money moves through the business, how you sell, how you deliver, and how you structure your time. The plan is specific to where your business is right now.

4. Putting the Plan to Work

Each quarter, you and your mentor map out the priorities that will move the business forward over the next 90 days, balancing what needs to happen now with where you are heading longer term. Between sessions, you have the accountability and support to stay on track.

The Basecamp cycle repeats quarterly. As your business grows, the plan grows with it, and your role in the business shifts along the way.

What Membership Looks Like

1. One-on-One Coaching and Mentoring

You get direct access to Sean and his team of 20+ specialist mentors through regular one-on-one mentor sessions. These are private conversations about your business, your numbers, and your next move. Members also get access to a private audio support channel for the quick questions that come up between sessions.

2. Quarterly Live Events

3. Expert Network

Sean opens his personal network to members with the Inner Circle Mentor Panel. If you need help with sales, operations, marketing, finance, HR, legal or technology, you get connected to the right specialist. This saves you months of searching and the cost of hiring the wrong advisor.

4. Community and Peer Support

You also get access to the Inner Circle community group and peer-to-peer mentoring with other members. Most owners say this is the part they did not expect to value as much as they do.

Why The Inner Circle Is Capped at 100 Members

The Inner Circle is intentionally kept small so the mentoring stays personal.

The 100-member cap gives Sean and his team enough space to understand each owner’s business, goals, challenges, and progress. It also keeps the community close enough for members to build relationships, share openly, and support each other between sessions.

Before someone joins, Sean’s team takes the time to understand where the business is at and what the owner needs help with. If The Inner Circle can genuinely help, they’ll talk through the next step. If it’s not the right time, they’ll say that too.

Member Stories

The best way to explain what this business mentoring program does is to show you.

Chris and Guy

When Chris and Guy joined The Inner Circle, they were turning over $1.2m but taking home around $20k each per year. They were working 80-plus hour weeks, had loans keeping the business afloat, and were seriously considering walking away. Their business partnership was strained and simple decisions had become impossible under the weight of it all.

Today, they have grown past $8m in annual revenue and are expanding internationally.

James and Tegan

James and Tegan run a construction company. When they joined, James was leaving the house at 7am and not getting home until after midnight most nights. The business was doing $3.5m in revenue on just $16,000 in profit. Every day felt like the same day on repeat, and they were close to throwing it all in.

Today, they have grown to $7.5m in revenue with profit above $1m, and they are 90% out of the day-to-day running of the company.

These stories show what can change when owners have the right support around them and a clear plan to follow.

What Business Owners Say About The Inner Circle

Who This Program Is For

The Inner Circle is built for established small and medium business owners, typically turning over between $750k and $50m, with healthy net profit. You are running a business with a team, and you are ready to have someone challenge how you think and operate.

If you are pre-revenue, a brand-new start-up, or running below roughly $100k in net profit, this program is not the right fit yet. Sean has put together free resources in the content library to help you get to that stage.

How to Join

You start by submitting an application. From there, one of Sean’s Freedom Mentors reviews it and reaches out to have a no-pressure conversation about where your business is and whether the program fits.

Nobody gets sold on the first call. The goal is to make sure both sides are right for each other before anyone commits.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the program run?

The Inner Circle is an ongoing business mentoring program with the goal to help business owners move from Stuck to Freedom in 3 years or less. It is not a fixed course with a start and end date, though the average time for a business owner to remain a member is 2.5 years. There are no long-term contracts, instead Sean has a 3 month rolling commitment, so you stay because the value is there.

What kind of time commitment does it take?

Members have access to a one-on-one session as and when they need them, generally every fortnight. They invest a few hours between sessions, putting the next steps into practice. You’ll also have quarterly events and the community when you need it.

The aim is to make the time you spend in the program useful, practical, and focused on helping you get more time back in the business.

What industries do members come from?

All of them. The program is industry-agnostic. Current and past members include construction, trades, professional services, health, retail, technology, finance, legal, hospitality and more. The business skills mentoring program covers principles that apply across sectors: leadership, delegation, financial management, team building, and growth strategy.

What does the program cost?

Pricing depends on the level of mentoring and support you need. Sean’s team covers this on your first call once the fit is confirmed, but rest assured, it’s one of the most cost-effective options on the market for the impact you receive by being part of Inner Circle.
