Sean Soole lives and works in Noosa. He runs Inner Circle, a business mentoring program for established owners turning over between $750k and $50M. Sunshine Coast members come from trades, construction, hospitality, tourism and professional services, along with plenty of other industries.

How the Program Works for Sunshine Coast Members

1. Does being local change anything?
One-on-one coaching runs over video wherever you are, so it fits around your week. Being on the coast helps with the in-person side. Inner Circle members come together four times a year for two-day quarterly events, which are often held in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast. You are also part of the same local business community Sean works in every day.
2. How often are the coaching sessions?
As often as you need them. Sessions are booked when there is something worth working through, so there is no fixed schedule to keep up with. Every session is one-on-one and focused on your business, so you are never sitting through a group webinar hoping something applies to you. Between sessions, members also have a private audio channel for the quick questions that come up during the week.
3. Who else is involved besides Sean?
Sean is a big believer in “Who Not How”. He has built a team of more than 20 specialist mentors covering finance, operations, sales, marketing, hiring, leadership, culture and more. When a decision falls into one of those areas, you work through it with someone who has spent their career in that field. For owners who have worked with a single coach before, this is usually the biggest difference they notice.
